Doll-amulet Lovebirds - a traditional Ukrainian wedding talisman. Such motanka were made before the wedding, and during the wedding they were hung under the arc of the carriage carrying the young couple. Lovebirds were supposed to be kept at home by a young family, bringing love and understanding to the husband and wife, protecting them from quarrels and betrayal.
